The menstrual cup is a reusable device for your period, mostly made of soft, medical grade silicone in a bell shape, which you insert folded. Once unfolded it collects your menstrual flow inside your body in a discrete, efficient and odourless way. You wear your cup between 4 and 12 hours before you empty it into the toilets, rinse it and reinsert it. You can use your menstrual cup for up to 10 years and you need only one from the first to the last drop of your period. You can use your menstrual cup for sports, for travelling and at night, too.
